TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Singapore. Join the luxury watch retailer as a sales-focused advisor in the Central boutique, full-time on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while cultivating and maintaining a loyal customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and addressing client inquiries
  • Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an immaculate boutique environment
  • Monitor after-sales service delivery and support in-store marketing events to enhance customer engagement
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and reinforcing the TAG Heuer brand image and values
  • Execute follow-up communications with customers regarding after-sales service and product care

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in the luxury sector
  • Demonstrable experience in the watches industry (preferred)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
