TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy — temporary boutique role focused on client development and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service on the sales floor to drive boutique sales and meet individual and store KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, data collection and targeted follow-up.
- Present products with engaging storytelling and professional demonstrations that convey brand DNA and collection nuances.
- Execute daily retail operations and administrative processes accurately, ensuring compliance with store procedures and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to share best practices, support team targets and contribute to a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in luxury goods or premium watch/jewellery sales.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling to grow active client lists.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for prospecting and relationship building.
- Comfortable using digital sales and CRM tools to capture client data and manage follow-ups.
- Professional grooming and ability to adhere to luxury service and visual merchandising guidelines.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery sales, with proven success in client development and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sales, retail or luxury goods preferred.
