TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Santa Clara, CA (Valley Fair) — $26–$28/hr plus commission. Drive boutique sales, clienteling and events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales by meeting individual KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and closing; consistently deliver memorable in-store client experiences.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling, outreach, appointments and personalised follow-up using CRM and digital tools.
  • Operate omnichannel sales practices to ensure a seamless client journey across in-store and remote touchpoints.
  • Represent the brand at boutique events and external activations, communicating TAG Heuer’s heritage, product benefits and technical details persuasively.
  • Execute daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, store opening/closing, security procedures and after-sales coordination until return to client.
  • Apply and maintain high standards of visual merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and adhere to grooming and conduct guidelines.
  • Use retail systems accurately (CEGID, Salesforce) and ensure compliance with internal control policies while contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales.
  • Demonstrable selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, volume/value sales, ASP) and clienteling metrics.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with retail procedures and digital sales tools; experience with CEGID and Salesforce preferred.

Experience

Minimum two years of hands-on experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally with exposure to watches or high-end accessories; proven track record of client acquisition and repeat-business growth using CRM and omnichannel tools.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in luxury retail, sales or horology are a plus.

Compensation
