TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in San Diego, CA. Bilingual Spanish, luxury watches retail, $24–$27/hr plus commission. Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drives sales growth on the retail floor by achieving individual KPIs and sales targets through sophisticated selling techniques, client discovery, product presentation, and storytelling
  • Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships by executing personalized outreach, securing appointments, and building an active client base through clienteling best practices
  • Serves as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA and communicating the brand story, heritage, and technical product advantages in-store and at external events
  • Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverage client insights to address customers in personally relevant ways, capitalizing on business growth opportunities
  • Supports team members and colleagues in the boutique, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Applies knowledge of omnichannel sales principles to deliver seamless customer experiences across all client touchpoints
  • Manages operational and administrative processes including inventory management, cash handling, security procedures, store opening and closing activities
  • Utilizes retail tools including CEGID and Salesforce to manage client data, sales transactions, and clienteling activities
  • Coordinates aftersales operations and watch servicing procedures through to product return
  • Maintains visual merchandising standards including window displays, product presentation, and catalog updates in compliance with brand guidelines
  • Proposes innovative ideas to develop sales through merchandising initiatives, in-store events, and optimized product mix
  • Ensures compliance with internal control policies and brand retail procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with additional language capabilities considered advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of watches, luxury lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales KPIs including traffic analysis, conversion rates, sales volume and value, average selling price, and sales mix optimization
  • Comprehensive understanding of client development and clienteling KPIs
  • Proficiency with digital tools and retail systems
  • Strong knowledge of brand DNA, company heritage, and product collections
  • Familiarity with front and back-office retail tools and procedures

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
