TAG Heuer Client Advisor role in Orlando, Florida. Full-time luxury watch retail sales position with $15–$17/hr plus commission and bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives through personal KPIs while delivering memorable client experiences
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Leverage omnichannel sales strategies to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints
- Propose innovative ideas to develop sales, including merchandising initiatives, events, and product mix optimization
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador both in and outside the boutique, particularly at events
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives including outreach targets, appointment setting, and sales conversion
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage this information to deliver personalized client engagement and business growth opportunities
- Communicate the brand story, DNA, and technical product advantages in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting relationships
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and security protocols
- Proficiently leverage front-office and back-office tools including CEGID and Salesforce, and execute visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate aftermarket operations and service inquiries until watch return and resolution
- Rigorously apply guidelines related to grooming, professional conduct, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and contribute to boutique maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, emerging technologies, and sports
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Strong selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and objection handling
- Understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, sales volume and value, average selling price, and sales mix
- Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs
- Proficiency with digital retail tools and systems
- Knowledge of brand DNA, heritage, and collections
- Familiarity with front and back-office retail procedures and systems
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a luxury retail environment, with proven ability to achieve sales targets through client engagement and relationship building.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail certification or training in luxury goods or horology is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 17 per hour.
