TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Orlando, Florida. Full-time luxury retail sales role with $15–$17/hr plus commission and bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and achieve individual KPI targets through effective selling techniques and omnichannel client engagement
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences by conducting client discovery, presenting products with brand storytelling, and executing sophisticated upselling and closing techniques
  • Build and nurture a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment-setting, and qualitative client data management leveraging CRM tools
  • Embody TAG Heuer brand DNA as a passionate Brand Ambassador both in-boutique and at external events, communicating brand heritage, collections, and technical product advantages
  • Execute all daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, visual merchandising, and store maintenance under management supervision
  • Leverage front and back-office systems (CEGID, Salesforce) to optimize sales performance, manage client information, and coordinate after-sales operations
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales strategy, including merchandising initiatives, event concepts, and product mix optimization
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to visual merchandising standards, grooming guidelines, and internal compliance policies to uphold boutique excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience demonstrating proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage client relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, emerging technologies, and sporting culture
  • Advanced fluency in English and Spanish; additional language capability highly valued
  • Proficiency with POS systems, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and digital retail tools
  • Deep understanding of retail KPIs including traffic conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price, and client development metrics
  • Familiarity with TAG Heuer brand heritage, collections, and positioning within the luxury timepiece market
  • Strong knowledge of retail procedures and operational best practices in luxury boutique environments
