TAG Heuer hiring Client Advisor in Orlando, FL. Temporary full-time luxury watch retail role combining sales, clienteling and brand representation. $19–$21/hr plus commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and individual KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, sales mix) through consultative selling techniques and omnichannel client engagement
  • Develop and execute personalized client relationships through qualifying outreaches, scheduled appointments, and follow-up initiatives, leveraging CRM systems to build a growing active client base
  • Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and heritage as a passionate ambassador both on the sales floor and at external brand events, communicating collections, technical specifications and brand story with authenticity and inspiration
  • Support colleagues and team members across all boutique operations, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Execute daily operational procedures including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing routines under management supervision
  • Manage qualitative client data collection and leverage customer insights to personalize client communication and identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to visual merchandising excellence including window displays, product presentation, catalogues, and adherence to brand grooming and presentation standards
  • Coordinate after-sales operations and watch servicing until client delivery
  • Apply retail and administrative processes with rigor, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in luxury retail or premium watch environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for watches, contemporary lifestyle trends, technology and sports
  • Expert-level fluency in English; local language proficiency (Spanish preferred for Orlando market) required; additional language skills a plus
  • Advanced selling skills including client discovery, consultative product presentation, storytelling, solution selling, objection handling and closing techniques
  • Proficiency with luxury retail systems and digital tools including CEGID and Salesforce
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, transaction value, mix analysis) and clienteling metrics
  • Knowledge of luxury brand procedures, retail operations and omnichannel commerce principles

Experience

Compensation
