TAG Heuer Client Advisor — full-time retail role in Orlando, FL (Millenia). Drive sales, clienteling and aftersales in a luxury watch boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales on the boutique floor to meet individual and store KPIs through targeted prospecting, client discovery, product presentation, upselling and closing.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, representing TAG Heuer at store events and client engagements.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling activities: outreach, appointment setting and follow-up to grow the active client base.
- Adopt an omnichannel approach to client service, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints to maximise client experience and conversion.
- Collect qualitative client data and leverage insights to deliver personalised communications and sales opportunities.
- Propose merchandising, event and assortment ideas to develop sales and improve the in-store customer journey.
- Execute daily retail operations and administrative tasks (inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing) under boutique management supervision.
- Use front- and back-office tools (CEGID, Salesforce) to manage sales, client records and reporting; perform Visual Merchandising and window animation as required.
- Coordinate aftersales activities, ensuring timely return and service of watches and clear communication with clients.
- Respect and apply company guidelines on grooming, attitude, visual standards and internal control policies; contribute to store maintenance and a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a luxury retail environment with demonstrable sales results.
- Strong knowledge of watches, brand DNA and contemporary lifestyle trends; genuine passion for horology and related sports/technology culture.
- Fluent in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
- Proven selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
- Familiarity with sales and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix) and the ability to use KPI insight to drive activity.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or premium watch/watch-adjacent retail with a track record of meeting sales targets and working to KPI metrics; event and clienteling experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 21 per hour.
