TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Orlando, FL — full-time boutique role at $15–$17/hr plus commission and bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by meeting individual and store KPIs through proactive selling, upselling and conversion-focused client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel client experiences, coordinating touchpoints across in-store, phone and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through systematic clienteling: outreach, appointment setting, and personalised follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, representing TAG Heuer at events and communicating product story, technical details and brand DNA.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and general store maintenance.
- Use retail systems to manage sales and client records (front- and back-office operations) and ensure aftersales coordination until product return.
- Execute Visual Merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and propose local initiatives to drive sales.
- Respect and enforce internal control policies, grooming and conduct guidelines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or a high-end client-facing sales role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven selling abilities: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, objection handling and closing.
- Solid knowledge of luxury retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, sales mix) and clienteling metrics.
- Familiarity with retail procedures and front/back retail tools; demonstrated digital literacy.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the Maison both inside and outside the store.

Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail or premium brand sales with demonstrable achievement of sales KPIs and client development targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 17 per hour.
