TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in New York (5th Ave). Full‑time, onsite role at $27–$29/hr plus commission and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique revenue by meeting individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, client discovery, persuasive product presentation and sales closing.
- Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships using clienteling techniques and omnichannel touchpoints (appointments, outreach, in‑store events).
- Deliver the TAG Heuer brand story with technical knowledge to build trust and foster repeat business.
- Use CRM and retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) to capture qualitative client data, manage follow‑ups, and convert opportunities.
- Contribute to boutique operations: inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing, aftersales coordination and compliance with retail procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogs) and participate in in‑store events and promotions.
- Propose merchandising and event ideas to develop sales and enhance the client experience; support colleagues and cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable selling skills: client discovery, storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing.
- Solid understanding of retail and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix, active client base).
- Knowledge of brand DNA, collections and interest in watches, lifestyle trends, sports and related technologies.
- Proven ability to operate retail systems and CRM tools (experience with CEGID and Salesforce preferred).

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail or high‑end watch/jewellery sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing active client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or horology is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 29 per hour.
