Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling techniques, product storytelling, and strategic client engagement
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through sophisticated clienteling, leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights to deliver personally relevant experiences
  • Embody TAG Heuer brand DNA both within and outside the boutique, serving as a passionate brand ambassador and advocate for the maison's heritage and innovation
  • Execute all retail and administrative processes with rigor, ensuring strict adherence to visual merchandising standards, grooming guidelines, and operational protocols
  • Support boutique management and team colleagues in daily operations, contributing proactively to a collaborative and high-performing retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Demonstrable expertise in client discovery, product presentation, objection handling, and sales closing techniques
  • Proficiency with digital retail tools and CRM platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of horology, Swiss watchmaking heritage, or luxury brand DNA—or demonstrated interest in acquiring such knowledge
  • Fluent Italian and English; additional languages preferred
