TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — permanent on-site role driving boutique sales, clienteling and visual merchandising for the luxury watch maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and effective closing techniques.
  • Develop and expand the active client base through proactive client discovery, personalised clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, communicating TAG Heuer’s DNA, history and product stories to clients.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and maintain high standards of grooming, attitude and service etiquette.
  • Support boutique operations by adhering to retail and administrative processes, leveraging digital tools and contributing to daily tasks under management direction.
  • Ensure accurate qualitative client data collection and use client insights to tailor personalised outreach and service.
  • Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines and assist in maintaining the boutique’s commercial presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; experience within luxury watches, jewellery or high-end fashion strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability with experience in building long-term client relationships and recruiting new clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer-centric attitude and high emotional intelligence.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced boutique environment with a strong team spirit and integrity.

Experience
