TAG Heuer Milan seeks a Client Advisor (temporary, part-time) to drive boutique sales and client relationships in Milan, Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales to achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and effective closing techniques.
- Deliver memorable, brand-right client experiences and act as a passionate TAG Heuer ambassador both inside and outside the boutique.
- Develop and grow the active client base through proactive prospecting, client discovery and long-term clienteling.
- Collect and maintain high-quality client data; leverage CRM and clienteling tools to personalise follow-ups and communications.
- Support daily boutique operations and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with grooming, conduct and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a high-performing retail team environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Comfort with digital sales and clienteling tools; ability to record and use client data effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High integrity, professionalism and a team-oriented attitude; adaptable to change and open to new ideas.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Beginner candidates are welcome; prior retail, luxury sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous and will support rapid achievement of sales targets.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is an advantage.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
