TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Miami, Florida. Full-time luxury watch retail sales role with commission and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance on the boutique floor by working toward individual KPIs and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques and omnichannel awareness
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by executing individual clienteling objectives, including client outreach, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sales
- Collect and leverage client data qualitatively to personalize engagement and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Embody and communicate TAG Heuer's brand story, DNA, and technical product advantages in a compelling manner to inspire client trust and confidence
- Support boutique colleagues and cross-functional team members in delivering exceptional in-store experiences and operational tasks
- Propose and implement ideas to enhance sales through merchandising initiatives, events, and strategic product mix optimization
- Execute daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and security protocols under boutique management supervision
- Coordinate after-sales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies, grooming standards, and Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment while maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in luxury retail environments
- Fluent in English and local language (Spanish); additional languages preferred
- Proven knowledge of and passion for watches, luxury lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average selling price, and sales mix
- Proficiency with digital tools and familiarity with CEGID and Salesforce platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail procedures, brand DNA, and collections
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to recruit new clients and nurture long-term relationships
Skills
Experience
Beginner to junior-level professionals with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail sales are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and embodying premium brand standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant retail, sales, or hospitality training programs preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 22 per hour.
