TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Miami, FL. Full-time luxury retail sales role combining boutique operations and high-touch clienteling. $20–$24/hr plus commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and individual KPIs on the sales floor, delivering memorable in-store experiences and services
  • Support colleagues and team members to maintain operational excellence and positive team environment
  • Apply omnichannel sales mindset to optimize client touchpoints and overall brand experience
  • Propose strategic ideas to develop sales growth through merchandising initiatives, events, and product mix optimization
  • Embody TAG Heuer brand DNA and serve as a passionate brand ambassador at in-store and external events
  • Achieve individual clienteling objectives including outreach targets, appointment bookings, and sales conversion from client appointments
  • Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage CRM tools to personalize client communication and identify business development opportunities
  • Communicate brand story, heritage, and technical product advantages to build trust and foster long-lasting relationships
  • Execute daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing procedures
  • Properly utilize front and back office tools including CEGID and Salesforce systems
  • Coordinate after-sales operations and product servicing until watch returns
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines including window displays and product presentation
  • Contribute to store maintenance and ensure adherence to internal control policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail environment
  • Fluent in English and local language (Spanish); additional language a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for watches, luxury lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
  • Proficiency in sales techniques including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price, and sales mix
  • Familiarity with client and clienteling KPIs
  • Competence with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of TAG Heuer brand DNA, heritage, and product collections
  • Understanding of luxury retail procedures and after-sales service protocols

Experience
