Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-led client experiences on the sales floor and achieve individual sales KPIs, including conversion, ASP and mix targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised outreach, appointment management and event representation.
- Execute omnichannel selling strategies, leveraging all touchpoints to convert opportunities and nurture the active client base.
- Manage daily boutique operations and administrative processes (inventory, cash management, store opening/closing, security) in accordance with brand procedures.
- Utilise retail systems and tools (CEGID, Salesforce) to capture qualitative client data, follow up on after‑sales cases and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window presentation and store maintenance while adhering to grooming and behaviour guidelines.
- Propose and implement local initiatives to grow sales (merchandising, events, product mix) and support colleagues to maximise team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proven selling capabilities: client discovery, product storytelling, objection handling, upselling and closing techniques.
- Solid understanding of retail and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume/value, ASP) and omnichannel retail dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to represent the Maison at events and in public settings.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with demonstrable success in boutique sales, client development and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
