TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Miami (Dadeland) — full-time role, $20–$24/hr plus commission; clienteling, sales and omnichannel responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and contributing to overall store targets through exemplary selling techniques and upselling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling, personalized outreach, appointment setting and follow-ups across all touchpoints.
- Deliver compelling brand storytelling and product demonstrations that communicate technical attributes and the Maison’s DNA to build trust and loyalty.
- Operate and maintain retail processes including inventory, cash management, security, store opening/closing and compliance with internal control policies.
- Use CRM and retail platforms (CEGID, Salesforce) to capture qualitative client data, manage appointments and leverage insights for targeted outreach.
- Support visual merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and ensure adherence to grooming and presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate after-sales operations and liaise with service teams until product return, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end sales roles with a proven sales track record.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in an additional local language or a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of watches, brand heritage, product collections and luxury lifestyle trends.
- Demonstrable selling skills: client discovery, storytelling, objection handling, closing and upselling.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, sales mix) and clienteling metrics.
- Rigorous adherence to retail procedures, visual merchandising standards and internal control policies.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or an equivalent high-end sales environment, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and execute clienteling activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
