TAG Heuer in Madrid seeks a Client Advisor to drive boutique sales and client relationships. Permanent, on-site role with LVMH career opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, consultative client engagement and collaborative teamwork.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling practices and qualitative client data to personalise the in-store experience.
- Represent TAG Heuer as a brand ambassador during in-boutique and external events, embodying brand DNA and product knowledge.
- Implement and promote omnichannel sales initiatives to ensure a seamless client journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Contribute commercial ideas for merchandising, special events and product mix optimisation to stimulate sales growth.
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory control, cash operations and security procedures in alignment with management directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' professional experience in luxury retail or equivalent commercial environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in luxury selling techniques, clienteling KPIs and retail procedures.
- Advanced fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and proven ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Interest in sustainability and Green IT practices, with willingness to be trained and implement associated initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail operations or related commercial roles, with a proven commercial track record and familiarity with clienteling, KPIs and retail procedures.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury hospitality preferred.
