TAG Heuer seeks a Client Advisor in Los Angeles for temporary full-time sales role; $25–$28/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Play a central role on the sales floor, driving boutique revenue through consultative selling techniques and personal KPI achievement
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences while supporting colleagues and fostering team collaboration
- Develop long-lasting client relationships through clienteling initiatives, including outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up
- Embody TAG Heuer brand DNA and serve as a passionate brand ambassador both in and outside the boutique, particularly at events
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage CRM tools to personalize client engagement and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Communicate brand stories, technical product details, and advantages in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-term relationships
- Execute daily operational processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, and store opening/closing procedures
- Maintain rigorous adherence to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines; coordinate window displays and product presentations
- Manage after-sales operations and coordinate watch servicing until return to client
- Apply internal control policies and compliance procedures; contribute to store maintenance and a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail environment
- Fluent in English plus local language (Spanish preferred); third language is a plus
- Strong knowledge of or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
- Proficiency in CEGID and Salesforce platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average transaction price, sales mix)
- Familiarity with clienteling KPIs and digital retail tools
- Knowledge of brand DNA, history, and collections
- Excellent client-centric mindset with proven ability to recruit new clients and nurture long-term relationships
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in luxury retail sales or a client-facing role within the luxury goods sector. Beginner-level candidates with strong relevant passion and foundational luxury retail exposure may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, business, or luxury goods training is advantageous but not required.
