TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Las Vegas—luxury watch retail sales role combining clienteling, KPI achievement, and brand representation. $20–$23/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and individual KPIs through consultative selling techniques, product storytelling, and client engagement while maintaining omnichannel awareness
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to recruit new clients, nurture long-term relationships, and achieve individual objectives including outreach targets and appointment conversions
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and serve as a passionate brand ambassador both in-store and at external events, communicating the brand narrative with authenticity and expertise
- Execute daily retail operations including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing procedures, and aftersales coordination
- Leverage front and back office tools (CEGID, Salesforce) to collect qualitative client data, manage client profiles, and personalize client communications for business growth
- Maintain rigorous standards in visual merchandising, grooming, professional presentation, and compliance with internal control policies
- Collaborate with boutique management and colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment while proposing innovative ideas for sales development
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail or equivalent sales environment
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (a third language is advantageous)
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, emerging technologies, and sports
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume/value, ASP, sales mix) and client-focused metrics
- Proficiency with digital tools and retail systems; familiarity with CEGID and Salesforce is beneficial
- Demonstrated knowledge of TAG Heuer brand heritage, collections, and retail procedures
Skills
Experience
A minimum of two years of professional experience in a luxury retail environment is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and executing sophisticated sales strategies in a high-touch retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail training or luxury industry certifications are preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 23 per hour.
