TAG Heuer seeks a Full-time Client Advisor in Las Vegas, NV — on-site boutique role focused on clienteling, omnichannel sales and watch expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences and consistently achieve personal and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and storytelling.
  • Actively develop and nurture long-term client relationships via clienteling activities, targeted outreach, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all client touchpoints and digital tools to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Represent the brand at in-store and external events, embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and technical story.
  • Maintain retail operations excellence: inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and compliance with internal control policies.
  • Use retail platforms (CEGID, Salesforce) to capture qualitative client data, manage pipeline and convert opportunities.
  • Manage after‑sales coordination until product return to the client and liaise with service teams as required.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards including window animation, product presentation and catalogues and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or high-end accessories.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in an additional language is required (a third language is a plus).
  • Proven selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, upselling, objection handling and closing.
  • Strong knowledge or genuine passion for watches, lifestyle trends, sports and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume/value, ASP, sales mix) and clienteling metrics.
  • Proficiency with retail systems, specifically CEGID and Salesforce, and other front/back office retail tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and represent the Maison both inside and outside the boutique.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrable achievement of sales targets and clienteling objectives; prior exposure to watch brands or premium accessories preferred. Comfortable representing the brand at events and leveraging digital CRM tools to convert leads into sales.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or vocational training in retail, hospitality, luxury brand management or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 23 per hour.
