TAG Heuer Kuala Lumpur seeks a Client Advisor to drive boutique sales, manage client relationships and support boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio by delivering personalised service and proactive after‑sales support.
- Manage day‑to‑day boutique operations including inventory control, housekeeping and POS procedures.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand image and campaign directives.
- Support and coordinate in‑store marketing events and promotional activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding TAG Heuer’s image and product integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrable track record in sales.
- Experience in the watch industry strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales‑ and results‑oriented mindset with excellent customer service aptitude.
- Collaborative team player with professional presentation and client management skills.
- Interest in environmental best practices (LVMH LIFE360/Green IT) and willingness to be trained.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in luxury retail; prior experience with watches or jewellery is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or commerce is a plus.
