TAG Heuer Client Advisor position in Houston, TX offering luxury retail sales role with $19-$22/hr plus commission and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales by playing a central role on the sales floor and achieving individual KPIs while consistently delivering memorable client experiences and services in-store
  • Support colleagues and team members in the boutique, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Embrace omnichannel sales strategy to ensure optimal client experience across all possible customer touchpoints
  • Propose and implement new sales initiatives including merchandising concepts, events, and product mix optimization
  • Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, particularly at events
  • Achieve individual clienteling objectives including outreach targets, appointment scheduling, and sales conversion through leveraging available tools
  • Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize collected data to address clients in personally relevant ways, capitalizing on business growth opportunities
  • Communicate brand story, DNA, technical details, and product advantages in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting client relationships
  • Execute daily retail and administrative processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, and store opening/closing procedures
  • Proficiently operate front and back-office tools including CEGID and Salesforce; perform visual merchandising activities
  • Coordinate after-sales operations until the return of watch items
  • Rigorously apply guidelines related to grooming standards, professional attitudes, and visual merchandising including window animation and product presentation
  • Maintain store appearance and contribute to a clean, well-maintained retail environment
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal control policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Fluency in English plus local language (Spanish preferred for Houston market); additional languages are advantageous
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for watches, luxury lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
  • Proven selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price (ASP), and sales mix
  • Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs
  • Proficiency with digital retail tools and systems
  • Knowledge of brand DNA, history, and collections
  • Familiarity with front and back-office retail procedures and tools

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with demonstrated expertise in client-focused sales, product knowledge, and retail operations.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 22 per hour.
