TAG Heuer Client Advisor in Chicago, Illinois. Performance-driven sales and clienteling specialist for luxury watch retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales through consultative selling techniques and omnichannel client experience, achieving individual KPIs and sales targets
- Develop and maintain long-lasting personal relationships with clients through qualitative data collection and personalized outreach in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Execute clienteling objectives including client recruitment, appointments, and sales conversions while leveraging all available digital tools and resources
- Embody TAG Heuer brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador both in-store and at external events
- Communicate brand story, product advantages, and technical details to build trust and inspire purchase decisions
- Contribute to daily operational processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, store opening and closing procedures
- Manage visual merchandising activities including window animation, product presentation, and catalogue organization
- Support boutique team members and foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate after-sales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies, grooming standards, and retail procedures
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales performance through merchandising strategies, events, and product mix optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail environments
- Passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports
- Fluent in English and local language (Spanish preferred); a third language is advantageous
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price (ASP), and sales mix
- Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs and CRM methodologies
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms (CEGID, Salesforce) and digital tools
- Understanding of brand DNA, watch collections, and luxury positioning
- Knowledge of front and back-office retail procedures and point-of-sale systems
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail sales or boutique environments. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in luxury retail, business, or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24 per hour.
