Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs through proactive selling, expert product presentation and persuasive storytelling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via targeted clienteling: outreach, appointment setting, personalised follow-ups and data-driven communications.
- Deliver an omnichannel client experience, integrating in-store interactions with digital touchpoints and brand platforms.
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing, security and adherence to internal control policies.
- Operate brand systems and retail tools accurately (CEGID, Salesforce) and execute Visual Merchandising standards, including window presentation and catalog displays.
- Coordinate after-sales processes and liaise with service teams to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to commercial initiatives (merchandising, events, product mix) and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrable selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling and closing.
- Strong clienteling capability with experience capturing and leveraging client data to drive repeat business.
- Fluent English; additional languages considered an asset.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; professional grooming and client-facing demeanour.
- Proven aptitude with retail systems and digital tools; quick to learn new platforms.

Minimum two years' experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with direct exposure to watches, jewellery or high-value product sales and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury brand management preferred.
