TAG Heuer Client Advisor – Austin. Temporary full-time luxury retail sales role in watches, $22–$25/hr plus commission. Join a prestigious Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling techniques, client discovery, and product storytelling
  • Execute clienteling strategies to build and nurture a personal client base, tracking outreach objectives, appointments, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage CRM tools to personalise client engagement and identify growth opportunities
  • Communicate brand heritage, technical specifications, and collections in an inspiring manner to establish trust and credibility
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product presentation, and grooming guidelines
  • Support boutique operations including daily processes, inventory management, cash handling, and security protocols
  • Coordinate after-sales services and watch repair follow-up until customer return
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace environment and support team members across boutique functions
  • Perform administrative tasks using front and back-office systems with accuracy and rigour
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and brand retail procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience in watches, jewellery, or comparable high-end sector
  • Fluent in English and local language (Spanish preferred); third language advantageous
  • Demonstrated knowledge of watches, timepiece technologies, and lifestyle trends
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Salesforce, and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs: traffic, conversion, average selling price, and sales mix
  • Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and VIP client management
  • Proven sales closing ability and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and brand presentation standards

Experience

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); further study in business, retail management, or hospitality is valued but not mandatory.
