TAG Heuer seeks Business Planner for 9-month contract in Singapore. Demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage demand forecasts based on sales trends, market data, and business insights for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and export markets
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams across the region to gather forecasting inputs and align local demand with overall business goals
- Monitor stock levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts across all Southeast Asia markets to prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to manage inventory flow efficiently and ensure timely product replenishment
- Proactively liaise with headquarters to expedite backorder fulfillment, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing retailer and agent impact
- Track key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and product availability for each country in the region
- Provide regular reports and insights on demand trends, risks, and opportunities specific to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SNOP) meetings to align sales forecasts with operational plans and inventory capabilities
- Cover sales closing activities and report on sales performance, providing summaries and insights to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the luxury or retail sector
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with Anaplan is advantageous

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles, ideally within the luxury goods or retail sectors. Demonstrated expertise in forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain operations.
Education
