TAG Heuer Boutique Supervisor in Singapore — lead boutique operations, CRM and sales for a premier luxury watch boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Boutique Manager and assist in daily boutique operations to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate boutique staff; manage integration of new joiners and delegate responsibilities to optimise team performance.
- Drive CRM and clienteling activities: collect prospect contact details, recruit new clients and retain existing clientele through proactive follow-up.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control and visual merchandising to ensure boutique presentation and product availability.
- Manage after-sales service processes, monitor repairs/service follow-up and resolve customer complaints to protect brand reputation.
- Support store administration including billing, daily reconciliation reports, management reporting and cash management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding TAG Heuer service standards and brand image in every customer interaction.
- Plan and support in-store marketing events and experiential initiatives to drive traffic and sales conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years' experience in luxury retail operations, preferably within the luxury watch sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrable supervisory or team-leading experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service instincts and the ability to manage after-sales relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.
