Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Boutique Manager and assist in daily boutique operations to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate boutique staff; manage integration of new joiners and delegate responsibilities to optimise team performance.
  • Drive CRM and clienteling activities: collect prospect contact details, recruit new clients and retain existing clientele through proactive follow-up.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control and visual merchandising to ensure boutique presentation and product availability.
  • Manage after-sales service processes, monitor repairs/service follow-up and resolve customer complaints to protect brand reputation.
  • Support store administration including billing, daily reconciliation reports, management reporting and cash management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding TAG Heuer service standards and brand image in every customer interaction.
  • Plan and support in-store marketing events and experiential initiatives to drive traffic and sales conversion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–6 years' experience in luxury retail operations, preferably within the luxury watch sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrable supervisory or team-leading experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service instincts and the ability to manage after-sales relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5–6 years in luxury retail operations with a successful sales track record and prior supervisory responsibilities; experience in the luxury watch industry is strongly preferred.
