TAG Heuer Boutique Manager in Milan (Via Montenapoleone): lead sales, client development and operations for the flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and achieve commercial objectives through active presence on the sales floor and execution of targeted action plans.
- Monitor and analyse retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, volume/value sales, ASP, product mix) and implement 360° initiatives to close performance gaps.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team: set individual and collective objectives, conduct reviews, provide on-floor support and deliver immediate feedback.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent to maintain team cohesion, motivation and luxury service standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding client service, maintaining grooming and presentation standards, and ensuring visual merchandising compliance.
- Develop and expand long-term client relationships via qualitative client data collection, clienteling objectives and personalised outreach.
- Plan and coordinate boutique events in line with brand strategy, manage stakeholders and evaluate event ROI.
- Oversee boutique operations — front- and back-of-house processes, store expenses, maintenance and compliance with internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail, with proven management experience in a boutique or flagship environment.
- Track record of delivering sales growth and managing retail KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; confident public-facing presence.
- Client-centric approach with experience in clienteling and building long-term relationships.
- Agile, results-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years’ progressive experience in luxury retail with prior responsibility for boutique P&L, team leadership and client development—preferably within a flagship store environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, luxury brand management or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
