TAG Heuer is seeking a full-time, permanent Boutique Manager for its South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa. The role leads sales performance, team development, clienteling, brand representation, and front- and back-of-house operations. Base salary is $115,000–$125,000, plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take an active role on the sales floor to increase boutique sales and achieve objectives.
  • Analyze retail performance KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price, and sales mix; identify business opportunities and implement 360-degree action plans.
  • Stay informed about the watch industry and the local competitive market.
  • Set individual and collective objectives, monitor performance, and conduct team member reviews.
  • Coach and support team members on the sales floor, provide immediate feedback, and develop them in their current roles.
  • Promote team motivation and cohesion and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
  • Identify and hire new team members.
  • Ensure outstanding service for all boutique visitors.
  • Represent TAG Heuer’s brand values as a passionate ambassador inside and outside the boutique, particularly at events.
  • Ensure grooming, conduct, and visual merchandising meet luxury standards and internal guidelines.
  • Proactively network and build relationships with local people of influence.
  • Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships.
  • Set and monitor collective and individual clienteling objectives, including outreach, appointments, and sales from appointments.
  • Ensure high-quality client data collection and use client data to engage clients in personally relevant ways and develop business opportunities.
  • Plan events in line with brand strategy and guidelines, coordinate stakeholders, and assess return on investment.
  • Oversee front- and back-of-house boutique operations in line with internal guidelines, including inventory, cash, security, and store opening and closing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policy.
  • Oversee store expenses and maintenance.
