TAG Heuer Boutique Manager & Hospitality Coordinator position in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Drive luxury retail sales and curate client experiences at the headquarters boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve boutique sales targets through expert selling techniques and client engagement
- Serve as a brand ambassador, immersing clients, partners, and employees in the TAG Heuer world at the manufacture
- Manage boutique activations, events, and initiatives to drive client traffic and support commercial objectives
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with TAG Heuer's most valued customers, partnering with the clienteling and regional teams
- Coordinate exceptional tours of the museum and manufacture in collaboration with the Heritage and hospitality teams
- Oversee daily boutique operations, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with internal policies
- Utilize retail tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and manage after-sales processes effectively
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment for the boutique team
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and social media channels to enhance client engagement
- Manage internal sales for TAG Heuer staff within the headquarters boutique
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the luxury retail or watchmaking industry
- Demonstrated strong sales and client service track record
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages preferred)
- Proven clienteling ability and demonstrated customer-centric focus
- Proficiency with retail and CRM tools such as CEGID and Salesforce
- High commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
