TAG Heuer France (Paris) seeks an Assistant Retail Intern at HQ for a 6‑month internship supporting visual merchandising, events and training.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of in‑store visual campaigns across Retail, Franchise and Wholesale; manage visual updates in points of sale including BAT requests, quotes and coordination.
  • Produce visual merchandising recommendations and planograms; prepare VM reporting.
  • Manage orders and shipments of retail supplies, POS materials, gifts and uniforms; track deliveries and stock for boutiques.
  • Coordinate and support client activations and in‑store events in collaboration with local marketing; monitor results and produce ROI reports.
  • Identify regional best practices by benchmarking competitors and other industries within the France/BeLux market.
  • Translate and format training materials (brand, savoir‑faire, collections); design quizzes and pedagogical modules for training sessions.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for training sessions and seminars; assist with administration and user management of the e‑learning platform.
  • Contribute to the TAG Heuer Wholesale Ambassadors Programme and assist in delivering selected training sessions or training days.
  • Ad hoc retail support at boutiques when required and cross‑functional coordination with marketing, wholesale and store teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Licence or Master) in business, marketing, visual merchandising or related discipline
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team orientation
  • Strong organisational ability, rigour and aptitude for multitasking
  • Autonomous, proactive and highly attentive to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in watchmaking and luxury retail
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple departments and hierarchical levels
