TAG Heuer — Accounts Receivable Accountant in Seoul. Manage AR ledger, invoicing, collections and SAP reconciliations for the Watches & Jewellery business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts receivable data daily across Department EDI, CEGID and SAP; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and dispatch accurate invoices to wholesale customers and issue inter-company invoices for group entities.
- Maintain SAP records for issued invoices, follow up on outstanding payments and ensure correct application of customer receipts.
- Prepare and deliver accounts receivable reporting including ageing analyses and collection forecasts for cash-flow management.
- Support VAT processes: reconcile monthly VAT payable and assist with quarterly VAT taxation procedures.
- Coordinate with retail teams to resolve billing and collection issues and maintain transaction records for after-sales (SAV) customers.
- Create and update vendor master data in SAP and reconcile tax refunds for foreign customers with vendors.
- Provide ad hoc treasury support and contribute to taxation and internal control activities to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years’ accounting experience with at least 3 years in accounts receivable or related roles; experience in watches, jewellery or retail is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion and to balance operational tasks with strategic priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English; strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrable proficiency with SAP is a plus; experience with CEGID and EDI advantageous.
- High competency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on accounts receivable ownership. Prior exposure to retail/wholesale invoicing, ERP reconciliations (SAP, CEGID), VAT/tax reporting and treasury support is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
