TAG Heuer seeks an Accounting Assistant & Credit Collector in Madrid. Full-time hybrid role supporting financial recording, reporting, and accounts management for LVMH W&J Iberia. €26,000–€30,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and administrative activities for the Finance department
- Record and review accounting transactions in SAP
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare journal entries
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with financial analysis
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while supporting process improvements
Qualifications
- College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Initial experience in finance
- Demonstrated interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and willingness to implement best practices aligned with LVMH LIFE360 program
