TAG Heuer France in Paris seeks an Accounting Apprentice (alternance) to support AP/AR/GL using SAP — one-year apprenticeship starting 1 Sep 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes (≈70%): create and receive purchase orders in SAP, post supplier invoices, open supplier accounts per procedures, manage supplier queries, perform account reconciliations and ageing analysis, and perform supplier account matching/clearing.
- Support accounts receivable and retail cash reconciliations (≈20%): verify boutique cash movements, reconcile store accounts (invoices vs. receipts), post customer receipts from bank statements, perform customer and cash account matching, and carry out customer collections (phone, email, mail).
- Support general accounting tasks (≈10%): record bank movements, prepare bank reconciliations, assist with internal control checks and procedural compliance, participate in monthly/quarterly/annual close cycles and prepare monthly DEB/DES declarations.
- Work closely with the accounting manager, finance director and an auxiliary accountant on ad‑hoc projects and continuous process improvements.
- Maintain strict documentation, follow internal control procedures and prepare analyses for presentation to the finance team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an apprenticeship-level accounting qualification (DCG, BTS CGO or a university degree with a finance specialization).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small finance team.
- Motivation to learn and develop in a fast-paced, process-driven luxury environment.
- Availability to start on 1 September 2026 for a one-year apprenticeship; work is on-site in Paris 8th arrondissement.

Entry-level / beginner. Suitable for students or recent graduates beginning an apprenticeship in accounting; no prior professional accounting experience required.
Education
Apprenticeship-level accounting training: DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion), BTS CGO or university degree with a finance/accounting specialization.
