TAG Heuer — Accounting Apprentice (alternance) in Paris. 1-year apprenticeship in accounts payable, receivable and general accounting starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable (≈70%): create and process purchase orders in SAP, post supplier invoices, open supplier accounts and follow up on supplier requests, maintain aged creditor reports and perform supplier account reconciliations and statement reconciliations.
  • Support accounts receivable and store reconciliation (≈20%): verify shop cash movements, reconcile boutique invoices with bank receipts, post customer receipts, perform client and cash account clearing and conduct customer collections (phone, email, letter).
  • General accounting & treasury support (≈10%): post bank transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, assist with monthly/quarterly/annual closes, participate in internal control checks and prepare monthly DEB/DES filings.
  • Collaborate with the accounting manager and finance director on ad-hoc projects and work closely with the auxiliary accountant to learn procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls and purchase-to-pay protocols.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holder of a DCG, BTS CGO or equivalent university programme with a finance/accounting specialisation (apprenticeship level).
  • Strong numerical rigour, analytical mindset and attention to procedural detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude; curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Beginner — suitable for students seeking an apprenticeship; no prior professional experience required but some accounting coursework or internships are advantageous.
