TAG Heuer seeks an Accountant – Accounts Receivable in Oberursel, Germany for a temporary maternity cover role managing customer payments and credit in SAP.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Post and monitor incoming customer payments in SAP based on bank account statements
  • Reconcile and maintain bank accounts and ensure proper account management
  • Execute dunning procedures and monitor outstanding receivables
  • Prepare and execute SEPA direct debit collections for customers with mandates
  • Monitor and manage credit limits and conduct credit checks
  • Analyze and monitor customer liquidity to minimize default risks
  • Review, code, and post cash transactions
  • Review, code, and post credit card statements
  • Serve as central point of contact for boutiques regarding accounting matters
  • Provide backup support for accounts payable during vacation and absence periods
  • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Prepare and submit monthly Intrastat reports
  • Prepare EC Sales Lists for intra-Community transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
  • Solid proficiency in SAP
  • Strong affinity for numerical analysis and financial data
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and commitment to confidentiality
  • Structured, efficient, and independent work methodology
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and interrelationships

Experience
