Role & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with wholesale and independent accounts, providing exceptional service and support to clients
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews assessing sales performance, training needs, product range strategy, and brand positioning
- Implement brand strategic plans within accounts in alignment with UK market objectives and LVMH Group standards
- Achieve agreed targets on sell-in, sell-out, and key performance indicators, including account visits and training delivery
- Monitor sales data and performance metrics, analyse results to identify growth opportunities and drive corrective actions
- Manage stock forecasting and planning within accounts to ensure optimal product distribution and inventory levels
- Assess brand distribution across the region, recommend potential account openings, and manage account closures whilst protecting brand image
- Ensure correct merchandising of corporate displays in each account and provide staff training in merchandising best practices
- Identify and secure bespoke display opportunities to maximise brand visibility and positioning within retail locations
- Provide ongoing retailer, consumer, and competitor feedback to UK sales and marketing teams
- Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings and represent the brand professionally at training events and brand activations
- Uphold TAG Heuer brand values and communicate the brand's positioning and marketing plans across all accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role with agreed targets and KPI delivery
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
- Established expertise in business-to-business relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and various computer systems
- Ability to produce and analyse reports and business documentation accurately
- Appreciation for luxury goods and understanding of customer values within the premium market

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role working to agreed targets and key performance indicators.
