Swatch is seeking a Watch Service and Sales Associate for its Zurich store, focused on customer service, battery replacements and minor watch repairs while supporting sales. The role is 80%, with fixed working days on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform battery replacements, minor watch service work and watch strap adjustments.
- Provide customers with a warm welcome and attentive, professional service.
- Advise customers and actively sell Swatch and Flik Flak products in the store.
- Operate the cash register correctly and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store appearance.
- Support the sales team and represent Swatch with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
- Manual dexterity, a careful approach to work and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Sales and/or customer service experience, ideally with watches, jewellery or lifestyle products.
- Availability to work fixed days: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Very good German and English; French and other languages are an advantage.
