Swatch seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate in Zurich, Switzerland. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operational inventory management and ensure optimal product availability throughout the store
- Process incoming goods including receipt verification, system entry, and handling of delivery documents, transfers, and returns
- Execute inventory replenishment based on sales data and system analyses
- Manage after-sales service operations including repair coordination and materials administration
- Plan and conduct inventory audits while maintaining stock accuracy
- Coordinate material orders and cash management in compliance with company guidelines
- Maintain store presentation standards according to visual merchandising protocols
- Support sales team and store management in daily operational activities
- Contribute to process optimization while adhering to quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Completed training in retail, logistics, or commercial operations
- Multiple years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse logistics, or retail operations
- Structured, independent, and reliable work approach with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated understanding of sales figures, inventory levels, and assortment trends
- High quality consciousness, attention to detail, and careful handling of premium products
- Team-oriented, communicative, and service-minded personality with flexibility in support role
