Swatch seeks a Visual Merchandiser in Biel, Switzerland to execute visual standards across retail locations in French-speaking regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising directives across all Swatch retail locations in Suisse Romande
- Maintain store interiors to reflect brand aesthetic standards and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure product displays are visually compelling, organized, and aligned with corporate guidelines
- Coordinate with store management on merchandising execution and visual standards compliance
- Monitor and refresh displays regularly to sustain merchandising consistency and brand image
- Support retail teams in understanding and implementing visual merchandising strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environment standards
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling in-store experiences
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

Education
