Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, with a preference for experience in luxury or fashion brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
