Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain a high-performance team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.

Experience
