Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure optimal performance and profitability
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory accuracy
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement company policies and brand standards across all store functions
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to achieve targets

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
