Swatch seeks an experienced Store Manager in San Sebastián to lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team performance in a boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives
- Drive sales performance through clienteling strategies, service excellence, and commercial initiatives
- Ensure a premium customer experience consistent with brand standards and expectations
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales results and implement action plans to maximize store performance
- Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks efficiently to adapt to business needs
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership position
- Proven track record in store operations and team leadership
- Experience in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury accessories preferred
- Strong sales orientation and customer service focus
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency at user/intermediate level
- Conversational English language skills

1–2 years of retail experience in a Store Manager or equivalent supervisory role, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading teams. Experience in store openings, watches, jewelry, fashion retail, or luxury goods is valued.
Education
