Swatch Group seeks an experienced Store Manager for its San Sebastián boutique; lead retail operations and team performance in luxury watchmaking retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the retail team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Manage store P&L, inventory levels, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards and brand experience
- Monitor merchandise displays and visual merchandising standards
- Implement company policies and procedures across all store operations
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or watch industry management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Advanced knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
- Fluency in Spanish and English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or the watch industry; demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing multi-member teams
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant training preferred
