Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and sales.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or watch industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
