Swatch Group seeks Store Manager for Swatch Store Rotterdam. Lead retail operations and drive sales in luxury watch retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain store security, compliance with health and safety regulations, and brand standards
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and customer retention
- Coordinate with Head Office on product assortments, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and data analysis
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of store management experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-end retail environment, with proven success in team leadership and sales growth.
Education
Secondary education (HAVO/VWO level) or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management or business administration are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
