Swatch Group seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Rotterdam Swatch Store. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage a dynamic team in this luxury watch retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Oversee sales team and implement effective staff development and training programmes
- Monitor inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Drive sales targets and financial performance through strategic retail initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and independent jewelers in the Rotterdam region
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a luxury or premium watch/jewelry environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of watch brands, horrology, or luxury goods preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or premium fashion retail environments.
Education
Secondary education (HAVO/VWO) or equivalent; retail management certification or diploma preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
