Swatch Group seeks Store Manager for Swatch Store Rotterdam. Lead retail operations, manage team, and drive sales performance in luxury watch retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and maintain store standards in alignment with Swatch Group brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock rotation, and liaise with distribution centers
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for regional management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices
- Recruit, train, and schedule store staff to maintain optimal workforce productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail or luxury retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive sales performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in delivering premium service
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in retail store management, ideally within luxury watches, jewelry, or premium brand retail sectors.
Education
Secondary education (HAVO/VWO) or equivalent; professional retail management qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
